From Nashville, TN to the Health Retreat
Leave Nashville going South on I-65.
Continue south on I-65 until you arrive at Hwy. 43 (Exit # 46).
Exit on Hwy. 43 and turn right (South) going toward Lawrenceburg
In Lawrenceburg continue straight on Hwy. 43.
Go about 18 miles to St. Joseph and turn right on Hwy. 227 West
Go about 9 miles (along the way you will pass through the very small town of Iron City) to Cedar Grove Road and turn right. (There is a sign on the corner that says Cedar Grove Baptist Church.)
After you have gone 3 miles on Cedar Grove Road you turn left on Last Butler Road (it is a dirt road; there is no sign). As soon as you make the turn you pass over a two lane concrete bridge. A tree fell on the bridge guard rails, so they are bent on one end.
Go about 1/4 mile on Last Butler Road. You will pass a large two-story gray building on your left (that is the health center). Someone will be there to meet you.

From Chattanooga, TN to the Health Retreat
Leave Chattanooga on I-24 North going toward Nashville. Once you pass over Mont Eagle Mountain you will exit at Hwy. 64. Turn left on Hwy. 64 (west) going toward Winchester
Pass through Winchester and continue on Hwy. 64 West until you reach Lawrenceburg , TN. (approx. 80 miles).
In Lawrenceburg turn left on Hwy. 43 (going south).

Leave Huntsville on Hwy. 72 West.
Before entering Florence, AL turn right on Hwy. 43 North.
